Terms of Service

Last updated September 7, 2026. Plain-language summary first, then the terms.

In short: you get a tool that asks AI assistants questions and reports what they said. We do not guarantee any particular result, the assistants change constantly, and you own your data. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal.

1. The service

SEO Maestro ("we") provides software that submits prompts to third-party AI systems and analyses their responses ("Service"). The Service is provided as is. AI responses are non-deterministic; scores vary between runs and are meant to be tracked as a trend.

2. Accounts

You need a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and API key. One person may not share a seat with others beyond the seats in the plan.

3. Plans, trial and payment

New accounts receive a free trial with Growth limits for 7 days, after which the account moves to the Free plan unless a subscription is purchased. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; if the Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing month, ask us for a pro-rata credit. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

4. Fair use

Quota is enforced per plan. Automated abuse of the free checker, scraping the Service, reselling access without an Agency plan, or using the Service to harm third parties is prohibited and may lead to termination.

5. Your data

Brands, prompts, results and reports you create are yours. You grant us a licence to process them to run the Service. We may use aggregated, anonymised statistics (for example "average score across all domains") publicly.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic, xAI and their intermediaries. Their availability, policies and output are outside our control. We are not affiliated with them.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made on the basis of the reports.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing promptowy@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination, data is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice by email for material changes. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, with courts in Warsaw having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country. Contact: promptowy@gmail.com.
