Search module · your own Search Console data

Not another dashboard.
A queue of jobs with the work attached.

Upload the export Search Console already gives you. We crawl the site, find the six things that reliably cost you clicks, and hand each one back with the rewritten title, the merge plan, the 301 line or the content brief finished. Twenty-eight days later we measure what it earned, and put that number next to the recommendation.

No OAuth, no access to your account: you upload a file. The demo needs no account either. 21 jobs handed out so far.

Your dataSearch Console is the only source that knows what your site really earns. Everyone else sells estimates of it.
Done, not listedEach job ships with the deliverable: three titles, a merged outline, a refresh plan, a brief. Copy, paste, publish.
ProofEvery job keeps a snapshot. The next import shows the real change in clicks and position - ours to defend, not yours to trust.

The queue

Six rules, ranked by the clicks they are worth

Cannibalisation

Two pages compete for the same query.

Striking distance

Position 4-15 with impressions: the cheapest clicks on the site.

Decay

Traffic this page used to have and lost.

Dead inventory

Pages that earn nothing: merge, refresh or noindex.

Missing content

Demand with no page of yours behind it.

Technical

Crawl and markup errors, sorted by the traffic at risk.

AI answers

The same domain measured inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Grok. One account, two answers: how Google sees you and how assistants do.

Nothing is sorted alphabetically or by "difficulty score". A job is worth the clicks a realistic position change would add, estimated from your own impressions.

How it runs

Four steps, weekly

01

Export

Search Console → Export → CSV or ZIP. A query + landing page export from Looker Studio or the API unlocks the cannibalisation rules as well.

02

Crawl

We read your sitemap and fetch the pages, so the queue knows your current titles, headings and word counts, not just the numbers.

03

Queue

The rules run. Every job arrives with evidence, an impact estimate and a finished deliverable. You mark it done.

04

Proof

Upload the next export. We compare each finished job against its own snapshot and report the real change.

Pricing

One subscription, both modules

Search and AI answers on the same account. The Search quotas below are per month; the AI module keeps its own prompt x engine quota.

Why this and not the big ones

Ahrefs $129, Semrush $139, Surfer $99, SE Ranking $65

All four are good at what they do. None of them do this. Ahrefs and Semrush sell indexes and backlinks, with estimated traffic instead of yours, and they hand you charts to interpret. Surfer optimises one document at a time and never sees the rest of the site. SE Ranking is cheaper and is still the same dashboard.

Our angle is narrow on purpose: your Search Console rows, a queue with the work already written, and a measured result afterwards. And because the same account measures ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Grok, you find out when a page that ranks fine has stopped being quoted anywhere else.

Side by side: vs Ahrefs, vs Semrush, vs Surfer SEO, vs SE Ranking.

Questions

About the Search module

Do I have to connect my Google account?

No. Stage one is deliberately file based: you export from Search Console and upload the file, so nothing of ours touches your Google account. The API connection is coming; the product works fully without it.

Which export should I use?

The ZIP from the Export button works. A file with both query and landing page columns (Looker Studio, the API, most rank trackers) works better: pair data is what makes cannibalisation visible.

What if I upload three months instead of 28 days?

Fine. Every number is normalised to 28 days, so periods of different length stay comparable.

Does a model decide what is wrong with my site?

No. The rules are deterministic arithmetic on your rows - same input, same queue. Models only write the deliverable: the titles, the outline, the brief.

How do you prove a job worked?

Each job stores the clicks, impressions and position of its pages and queries when it was created. When a later export arrives we look the same things up and publish the difference, including the jobs you never did as a control.
